Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please consider the following before placing an order:

  • Each item is carefully handmade and may vary slightly in color, grain, or finish. These natural variations make each piece unique.

  • Made-to-order items are created specifically for you based on your selections and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We take great care in packing and shipping all orders. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@blackravenfurniture.com with photos. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.
