Processing Times

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2 weeks.

  • Made-to-order items are handcrafted specifically for you. Production and processing times for these items will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Most orders ship via UPS or USPS.

  • Large or oversized items ship via freight carrier. Freight shipping is not calculated at checkout and will be billed separately after your order.

Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 1–7 days depending on location and shipping method.

Furniture & Oversized Items

  • Large furniture pieces ship via freight.

  • We will contact you after your purchase to confirm delivery details and schedule, including freight charges.

Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery up to 25 miles from our workshop.

  • Delivery beyond 25 miles may be arranged—please contact us at contact@blackravenfurniture.com for a custom quote.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@blackravenfurniture.com with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
